5 Death Claims Mrs. Culler, 89, One of Mansfield's Oldest Resident Dies Sunday After Long Illness.

Mrs Elizabeth Clementine Culler, 89, one of Mansfield oldest residents died at her home, 104 Lexington Avenue, Sunday evening after a lingering illness. Mrs. Culler a widow of the late Martin L. Culler, who died 13 years ago, was born in Green Township, Ashland County, February 4, 1845. She had resided in Mansfield 13 years. She was one of a family of nine children, six of whom survived long enough to celebrate 50th wedding anniversaries. A brother, George Mowers of Lucas, is the only surviving member of the family. For many years Mrs. Culler was closely associated with the Lutheran church and while in Mansfield she was a member of the First Lutheran Church.

Besides her brother, she is survived by ten children, they are; Willard F. Culler and Wade Culler of Mansfield, James Culler of Shiloh, Emory and Ira Culler, of Lucas, Roy Culler of Perrysville, the Misses Charlotte, Alma and Ruth Culler of Mansfield, and Mrs. Christine Zody of Lucas. Nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive. A brief funeral services which will be held from the late home at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, will be followed by public services in the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church near Lucas 2 p.m. Services will be conducted by Rev. Grover E. Swover of the First Lutheran Church of Mansfield, assisted by Rev. Glen Bishop. Burial will be made in the family plot of the Mt. Zion Church cemetery.
