"In the 1870 census for Illinois, Jasper County, Grandville Township, Henry is found as head of household at 24, farmer born IL, Jane aged 21 keeps house IL, George aged 3 IL, Liza aged 1 IL.
In 1880 Henry is a widower in his parents house and 4 male children are listed below him: George 12, Daniel 7, Charles 4, Albert 3.
In 1900 Charles, 26 is found in Tuttle household married to their daughter Minerva, 19. A few doors down is Henry 56, Mary 31, Albert 22, Paul, 11 and Robert L, 7. Henry and Mary have been married 12 years so Paul and Robert are Marys sons. He lists Albert as a son and Albert is brother to George, Daniel and Charles.
