There is a Florida Divorce Index listing for Lyle W. Schult being divorced in 1951 in Monroe County, Florida which is where a large Naval Air Station in Key West is located. The name of the wife was given on this record as Mildred Schult.
There is also a marriage record for Lyle Warren Schult being married in 1951 in Monroe County, Florida which makes is seem that he was divorced and then soon re-married again all in the same year. His new wife was Rubye Geraldine Fuller.
There is a Connecticut Death Index record for Lyle W. Schult, born 1922, and who's death was 18 Mar 1960 in Groton, New London, Connecticut. His wife's name was Ruby. The Find-A-Grave website has a memorial page established under his name as "Ensign Lyle W. Schult" but the death date is given on that page as 18 May 1960. I suspect they are for the same person as Groton, CT is a well known naval town and apparently Lyle was an Ensign in the US Navy.
Both Lyle and his second wife are buried in Pine Grove Cemetery in Fryeburg, Maine. I'm not exactly sure that his second wife, Ruby, is deceased as of 2014 but somebody already established a Find-A-Grave memorial page for her but her date of death was entered as unknown. I have no idea why they were buried in Maine when Lyle died in Connecticut but since Lyle was only 38 at the time of his death, there might be the chance that he was killed while on duty with the Navy in Connecticut and his home of record with Ruby was actually in Fryeburg, Maine.
