bullet  Marriage Notes:

James Wilson Anderson was one of the eight sons of John K. and Catherine Walsh Anderson. He was always called Wilse to differentiate him from another brother called Will.

He worked at many things during his lifetime: cigar maker, farmer, grocery clerk, to name but a few.

He married Alice Fast on 20 July 1874 in Barton Co., Mo. They were the parents of John K., Jessie, Kate and Wilson. All of the children were born in Missouri. They lived in Des Moines, Iowa, El Paso Co., CO., Lamar Twp, Barton Co., Mo and Pittsburg, Kansas where they died. They are buried in Block 36, Mt. Olive Cemetery in Pittsburg.
