7 Prominent South Prairie Woman Dies.

Mrs. A. H. Mackie, wife of a prominent South Prairie farmer, died Sunday morning after an illness of several years.

She was born in 1861 at Bethel, IA., and was married 36 years ago, the family removing to their present home in 1906. She leaves to mourn her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Theo. Elarth, who lives southeast of Minot, a son, C. W. Mackie, who lives near Minot and a sister, Mrs. M. A. Spencer, of Rochester. IA.

The funeral was held Tuesday at 12 o'clock at the home and the remains were interred in the Willis township cemetery.
