bullet  Marriage Notes:

Three sons of Phillip were mentioned in his brother John's will; (1) John, (2) Andrew and (3) Henson.
----------------------------------------

Moved to Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa in 1854 and settled in Iowa County by 1860.
----------------------------------------

There is a major conflict with names and burial locations between this Phillip John Darner, born in 1804 in Muskingum County, Ohio and his younger brother, John Darner, born in 1815 in Muskingum County, Ohio. Both had wives named Rebecca. There is a Find-A-Grave memorial page established for John Phillip Darner and wife Rebecca Winn indicating that their burial location is near Adamsville in Muskingum County. I suspect that the Find-A-Grave page is listing the wrong John Darner and wife, Rebecca Winn and instead it should show the younger John Darner and wife Rebecca Jordan. It appears that John Phillip Darner and wife Rebecca Winn moved to Iowa in 1854 and are buried in Ladora, Iowa.
