NOTE - His birth year of 1817 is questionable and he was probably born several years earlier. This census shows that to be true otherwise why would a 13 year old appear on this census as a Head of Household? His true age was probably 17-18 and he likely was living on his own at the time or else caring for the other younger siblings. Both of his parents had already died.
Even if he were born several years earlier and had taken over as Head of Household, this census shows a total of 5 males of which one was between 40-50 years old. In addition, there were 5 females with one between 30-45 years old. Almost none of those ages correspond with possible siblings of Andrew. Older brothers Jacob and Phillip show up on the 1830 census with families of their own therefore my best guess was that this census was for a different Andrew Darner that was married and had 8 children.
