Catherine's gravestone in Saint Luke's Cemetery is a vaulted top obelisk of white and black streaked marble that is showing only minimal effects of weathering. The inscription on one side reads "Catharine Rex, Wife of Jacob Fast, Died Aug. 11, 1872, Aged 78y 4m 26d". On the other side, it reads "Father & Mother, (?? unreadable), Apr. 17, 1817".
