  General Notes:

Did Harvey have a nickname of "Rufus"? The death certificate for his long-since divorced wife, Ida Alice Freehafer, shows that her husband's name was Rufus? So either Harvey had that nickname or she married another Rinehart named Rufus following her divorce from Harvey. I doubt that there was another Rinehart husband because her death certificate had Jay Rinehart, the son of Harvey, as the informant.

NOTE - If his birth date was 24 Oct 1865, then his age should have been 14 instead of 13.

Although the census record shows a relation of "nephew", I can find no means by which there is any relationship to the Steinbergers. But at such a young age, why was Harvey no longer with the rest of the family?

Harvey's grandparents, Daniel and Casandra Rinehart, were living next door, while his parents were just a short distance away in a different township but within the same county. Could it be possible that the enumerator made a mistake and Harvey should have been shown as living with the next family down on the form which was his grandparents instead of living with the Steinbergers?

(Ida Alice Freehafer was born on 26 August 1877 in , Richland County, OH,^{6 7} died on 29 November 1947 in Mansfield, OH ⁷ and was buried on 1 December 1947 in Mansfield, OH ⁷.). The cause of her death was Breast Cancer.¹
