At the time of the 1910 census six of their seven children were still living. Millard Lease was a commercial traveler for Farmers Exchange (Remsburg Fertilizer Company and they owned five houses.) On 11 Jan 1898 Millard Lease was installed as an officer of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Frederick. On 16 Dec 1906, he was installed as Worshipful Master of the Columbia Lodge of Freemasons of Frederick. I visited with their daughter, Edith Lease/Staley and she furnished me with information and photographs of the family members.
