Ella Katherine Lease did not marry. She worked at the hosiery in Frederick and made nylon stockings. Ella had a stroke and lived at the nursing home for eight years prior to her death. Her sister, Edith, worked at the nursing home as a business manager during this time. She is buried at the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick County, Maryland.
