bullet  Noted events in his life were:

• He has alternate birth date of 1851 and a birth location of Virginia.

The birth year of 1851 does not seem feasible. The oldest sibling was Andrew Jackson Biser who was born in 1851 and appears on the 1860 census with an age of 9. Edward appears on that same 1860 census but with an age of 8 which would mean his birth year had to be one year later in 1852. His actual birth could have been late in 1851 but it is very doubtful that the mother had two separate births within the same calendar year.
