bullet  General Notes:

[Brøderbund WFT Vol. 3, Ed. 1, Tree #2557, Len Traubman]

Rachel's parents, Jacob and Catherine Stillwagon Kiser, had moved from Ohio to Ladoga, Indiana. They ran the hotel, a big white frame building on the corner of Main Street.

On a train trip with Josiah to visit Daugherty relatives in Kansas, perhaps a niece married to a man named Galt, Rachel was sewing on a dress. It was Sunday. When baby Harry got sick, Rachel thought she was being punished for sewing on that SUNDAY. (from Matilda Daugherty Linn, 1993). Rachel lived to age 90.
