FOSTORIA -- Funeral services for Heaton L. Fast, 80, of 901 S. Poplar St., Fostoria, will be at 1 PM Wednesday at Mann Funeral Home, Fostoria, the Rev. Floyd Fought officiating. Burial will be in Fountain Cemetery. Visitation is from 7-9 PM today at the funeral home. Mr. Fast died Sunday at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. He was born in Salina (sic) on Dec. 30, 1899. He married Marie Rothrock in 1922, and she died in 1928. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Fostoria; and Richard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Janet Stipp, Huron, Ohio; a brother, Glen of Georgia; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Fast was retired from Union Carbide, and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, and the Eagles Lodge. Memorials may be made to the church or to Wesley Village.
