bullet  General Notes:

There is very little information about Wilson Shaw Fast. Some researchers have confused him with Wilson Fast, the son of Eli Fast and Margaret Berry. Both were born about the same time 1849-1850. Wilson Fast, the son of Eli Fast, was first married to Emma Crow and later to Effie May Fair.

Wilson Shaw Fast supposedly was a twin to George Washington Fast. After the 1860 US Census where both twins appear with a birth year of about 1850, there is no other definitive census record for Wilson Shaw Fast. His supposed twin, George, is found in the 1900 US Census with a birth year of 1851 and also the 1920 US Census.

No other documents, census records, marriage records, or death records seem to exist for Wilson Shaw Fast so it may be possible that he died as an infant.
