Possibly the same person as Nancy Fast supposedly also born in 1878. There is only one birth record recorded for the parents in Marion County, West Virginia in 1878 but unfortunately no name was given at the time of the birth.
There are other documents such as marriage and death records which show the name as Anna C. but the only name for a 2 year old baby on the 1880 US Census was the name of Nancy Fast. Perhaps the parents changed their minds and renamed the baby from Nancy to Anna?
