The Hassler Book from which I collected some genealogical information is incorrect for at least for the information for William Hossler. There is a degree certificate certifying that William graduated from the University of Cincinnati Medical College. Horace Hossler also stated that his mother was Amanda Heilman and not Fanny Strickler as outlines in the source for Hassler.

"Treated in this institution in 1928 for encephalitis; and in 1935 for Lobus pneumonia, with gradual development of Parkinsonism since 1928."
"What was the immediate cause of death? Encephalitis; Parkinson Syndrome."
"What were the contributing causes of death? Diabetes Mellitis - duration 3 years. Pneumonia, aspiration, terminal duration ( 2 days).
"Was there official inquiry as to cause of death or a postmortem exam on the body of deceased? If so, which, by whom and with what result? Yes - Doctor Claude Smith, Pathologist - Branchio-pneumonia - Pyloencephalitis.
