NOTE - There may have been some doubt that this William Fast was the son of David Fast. On the 1900 census, the name of Mary A. Floyd was included as living with the family. Mary was the mother of William's mother, Lucretia Floyd thus proving that this William Fast in Hocking County, Ohio was indeed the son of David Fast and Lucretia Floyd.
