2 Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah A. Cook, 81, who died Saturday at her home in Harrisburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the funeral home at 2001 Market St., Harrisburg.

She is survived by a son John J. of Harrisburg; three daughters, Miss Theresa E. Cook and Mrs. John S. Look, both at home, and Mrs. Nelson M. Jones of Green Acres, Carlisle Pike; a sister, Mrs. John H. Martin, Dillsburg R. 3; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Her pastor, the Rev. George E. Johnson of Stevens Memorial Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial in Shoop's Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home tonight after 7 o'clock.
