bullet  General Notes:

All of her census records support a birth year of 1864 but when she died, the death record indicated 1862. The informant on the death certificate was Charles Freysinger, her son from her 1st husband.
----------------------------------------------

Apparently Ida was married 3 times but the marriage records are scarce.

1st Marriage:
The census records of 1900 and 1910 show that she was living with and married to Jacob Freysinger. No marriage records have been located. The 1920 US Census shows Ida living with another family without the presence of Jacob who has not been located anywhere in the 1920 but her marital status was still marked as married. Thus her divorce was sometime between 1920 and 1923 when Jacob died.

2nd Marriage:
The death record of Jacob Freysinger in 1923 also shows Ida with a surname of Phillips so sometime between 1920 and 1923 she was subsequently remarried to Phillips. Strangely the marital status of Jacob was shown on his death record as widowed so either that was referring to his first wife or possibly he remarried after his divorce from Ida and that 3rd wife of his died before him.

3rd Marriage:
The marriage record dated 24 December 1927 for Ida and John L. Thornton, her 3rd husband, clearly indicates that she was twice previously married.
