NOTE - She apparently was re-married to Benjamin Boots about 1875 in DeKalb County, Indiana. For some reason, she moved back to Ohio and was enumerated on this census record using the name of her first husband as Elizabeth Fast.

• Her obituary was published in the Ashland Times and Gazette in October 1906 in Ashland County, OH.

NOTE - It appears that her obituary appeared twice in Ashland County, Ohio: once as Elizabeth Fast and once as Elizabeth Boots. The first obituary was published 31 Oct 1906 and referenced her name as "Mrs. Boots". Most importantly, the obituary gave the name of her daughter, Alzina, as "Mrs. George Phelps" which proves that Elizabeth was remarried to Benjamin Boots as shown in the 1880 census of DeKalb County, Indiana.
