  General Notes:

After the birth of her first child with Delbert E. Bugher, little else is known about Minnie. At least one other researcher say that she also gave birth to a second child, Leroy Edward Bugher, but no documentation about that birth has been found. Delbert remarried in 1942 so it is not known if they divorced and Minnie eventually remarried or if she died either before or sometime after Delbert's second marriage. No death certificate and be found for her and no grave location has been found.

Update - A close examination of her "Delayed Certificate of Birth" indicates that she applied for the revised record on 20 Oct 1967. She signed it with and address of 1600 E. 26th Street, presumably in Minneapolis, MN. Her signature appears to say "Mrs. Minnie Frank Handzel.

Apparently she was divorced from Delbert E. Bugher and eventually remarried. She died in Minneapolis on 1 Feb 1987.
