Clara seemed to drop the use of her given name in favor of being called "Lena" beginning with her married life in 1892. She continued to use the name of Lena for the remained of her life.
Her middle name is another matter of discussion. The only document that shows her true middle name would be the delayed birth record for her daughter Georgia Reichard, born in 1893. The handwriting is quite poor and subject to interpretation. On one record Clara's and Georgia's middle name were given as Allein or possibly Allain. Another transcription of the same document gives their middle name as Lillian. In my opinion, the word Allain seems most likely.
