Mrs. Edmund Drugan, 71, 268-1/2 Carimona Street, died today at 1:30 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S. W. Nedfeldt, 559 E. Fifth St., after a long illness.

The former Mary Frasch, she was born March 31, 1887, at Arcadia, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Frasch.

She was married to Mr. Drugan at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church, Trempealeau, July 3, 1906.

She is survived by a son, Leo Drugan, Winona; a daughter, Mrs. S.W. (Irene) Newfeldt, Winona; one granddaughter; three brothers. Peter Frasch, La Moille; Alex, Brooklyn, NY, and Edmund, Trempealeau, and three sisters, Mrs. Kate Luedtke and Mrs. Ann Crivits, La Crosse, and Mrs. Sam ( Bertha) MacCartney, Galesville. Her husband died nine years ago.

Mrs. Drugan was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, St. Anne's and Sorrowful Mother's societies. Woman's Relief Corps and Degree of Pocahontas.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. John's Church, Rev. Francis Galles officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Rosary will be said Monday at 8 p.m. at Smith Mortuary, Galesville.

According to the 1905 Wisconsin State Census, Mary was living and working in the house next door to the Drugan family as a Servant to the Charles Thomas family. They were married approximately one year later in 1906.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Drugan left Thursday morning over the North-Western line for La Crosse where they will make connection with the Burlington fast train which will take them on their way to Mercedes, Texas to spend the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. George King, former Trempealeau residents. Mr. and Mrs. Drugan were accompanied by their son, Leo, and daughter, Irene.
