FORMER RESIDENT OF TREMPEALEAU DIES AT WINONA
Mrs. Eda Spier, 62, Lived in Trempealeau Up to Seventeen Years Ago

Mrs. Eda Spier, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Christ Kramer, died early Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. F. Schultz, in Winona, following a lingering illness.

Eda Kramer, who was 62 years old, was born, raised, and married to Louis Spier in Trempealeau, where she lived until 17 years ago when she moved to Winona to make her home with her daughter. Her husband died 18 years ago. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Schultz; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Joe Johnston of Chicago; a brother, Julius Kramer, Trempealeau, and five sisters: Mrs. William Crivits, Mrs. L. S. Hanson, Mrs. Norris Northup of Trempealeau; Mrs. Henry Verkins of Winona, and Mrs. Theodore Gill, Waupun, Wisconsin.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of the daughter in Winona. Rev. Alfred Sauer, pastor of the Saint Martin's Lutheran Church, conducted the services and burial was made in the Winona Woodlawn Cemetery.
