Although her gravestone indicates a birth year of 1894, the 1900 US Census indicates Apr 1893.

But the next census in 1910 is somewhat inconclusive about her birth year as it shows only an age of 16 which normally would mean that she was born AFTER 15 Apr 1893 and would therefore result in an age of 16 as reported on the census.

If the age on the census of 16 was accurate, then that would mean that her birth date was anytime after 15 Apr 1893 all the way through 15 Apr 1894.

The date of 15 Apr is supposed to be the actual date of enumeration for the 1910 US Census.

The 1900 US Census was enumerated on 1 June.
