NOTE - The initials "N. H." are NOT conclusive evidence that this was Nelson Waters. The age of 22 suggests a birth year of 1848 whereas the birth year of Nelson was 1844 making his age about 25 or 26 at the time of this census. The only sibling who's age was 22 would have been Eliza but it is doubtful that she would have been one whose job was "works on farm". There were no other younger brothers so I assume that this person on the census must have been Nelson M. Waters. (Brian Lightfoot)
