  Marriage Notes:

About 1874, three of their married children, John, Sarah, and Fanny, moved to Butler County, Nebraska. Within a few years, Fanny and her husband had returned back to Logan County, Illinois. It is believed that the parents remained in Logan County, Illinois where Samuel died in 1879. The widow, Jemima, moved to Champaign County, Illinois probably to be near one of her children. She died there in 1893. Both are buried in Howser Cemetery in Logan County, Illinois.
