He was 53 years old. He died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. T. Self. He was buried in Pinal Cemetery, with the Miami Masonic Lodge in charge of graveside services. He was born in Duncan, AZ. He was employed by Phelps Dodge Corp. of Morence. He was survived by his mother, Mrs. J. H. Lacy; two daughters, Mrs. W. T. Self and Mrs. Floyd Nugent; five brothers, Willis, Perry, John, Howard and Robert; three sisters, Mrs. C. H. Colbert, Mrs. Cyril Kennedy and Mrs. Paul Barnes.
