According to the death certificate, his complete name was Henry Franklin Martin but he used only Frank consistently throughout his life.
His full name was George Henry Franklin Martin, called "Frank". This info came from his son, Virgil Guy Martin. Virgil is in his 90's, still living (Nov.,2015), very alert, and is married to a member of my family.
