Birth book 2 May 15, 1884~Feb 15, 1891 just has Joseph Andrew & Lulu Janet Darner.

Further research: There were two children with similar names, and this memorial might be a mash of the two. FW & CT Darner had a child named Orville, born 1887 and died young but couldn't have been more than a year or two old. FW's brother, John Honnell Darner (and his wife, Etta May Beck), had a child named Oral, and the tombstone inscription on this memorial matches the presumed birth and death dates for Oral, or Orrille, as the case may be.
