  General Notes:

Mary Jane Ginter's mother was probably not Sarah Fast for two good reasons. In spite of the fact that many researchers incorrectly show Mary's mother as Sarah Fast, Mary's birth date was about 25 years before Daniel Ginter married Sarah Fast. This suggests that Daniel had a wife previous to the marriage with Sarah Fast. Second, Mary Jane Ginter eventually married Abraham Levi Fast and if Sarah Fast were really her mother, then Abraham Fast was Mary Jane's uncle and such a marriage to the brother of her mother would have been highly dubious (Sarah Fast and Abraham Levi Fast were siblings).
