The death of Mrs. Elizabeth Higgins, aged 77 years, occurred last Wednesday at the home of her son, Clark Higgins, near Bryn Zion, after a long illness. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Chambers and was born July 7, 1845. The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Davis, of north of Mount Gilead and a daughter at home, one son, Clark and one step son, C. O. Higgins.

The funeral services were held last Friday at one o'clock at Bryn Zion.
