LEVI FAST IS KILLED BY CAR AT SOUTH BEND
Found this morning; was Bryan resident for many years.
Levi A. Fast, 77, a resident near Bryan for many years, was found dead on a highway at South Bend this morning, after being hit by an automobile. The driver had gotten away. Mr. Fast was in the habit of taking long walks in the morning and was on Jefferson Boulevard. at the time, being found some time after the accident. Mr. Fast came to Williams, in 1927 from Paulding, where he was born. He owned a farm west of Bryan, which he operated for almost 20 years. His wife died in 1947 and recently he had been living with his daughter, Mrs. Mary Crites, who was a resident of Bryan at one period for two years.
