STROKE FATAL TO JULIUS POSSIN, SR.
The body of Julius Possin, Sr., 79, was found laying across his bed at the home of his son, Julius Jr., 312 W. 3rd Street Tuesday morning, when relatives, failing to receive an answer to their call went to investigate. His death during the night was a result of a stroke.

The deceased was born in the town of Theresa, this, on July 9th 1850, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Possin. All of his life had been spent in this, the past three years with his son in this city. For many years he lived in the vicinity of Waupun and in the town of Burnett. On June 15, 1871, he was united in marriage with Miss Caroline Krueger of Theresa, who preceded him in death about 10 years ago.

He is survived by the following ten children: William and Gustav Possin and Mrs. Albert Haase of Waupun; Walter and Edgar Possin who reside on Burnett RR1; Adolph Possin of Milwaukee; Julius Jr. and Albert Possin and Mrs. Herman Haase of Beaver Dam, and Mrs. Andrew Messer of the town of Trenton.

The funeral services are being held this afternoon at 1:30 at the home of his son here and at 2:00 o'clock at Saint Stephan's Lutheran Church, Rev. L. C. Kirst conducting the services. Interment will be in the Burnett cemetery.

POSSIN FAMILY HAS REUNION ON SUNDAY
The third annual family reunion of the Possin family was held Sunday July 19, at the Mayville Community Park. Fifty-four members of the famil y were present. A dinner was served at noon, after which various games w ere enjoyed. Prizes were awarded to the youngest child, the one coming t he longest distance and to the one who came alone.
