Frank was apparently enumerated twice for the 1880 census when he only about 20 years old: once with his aunt, Margaret Arnspiger-Mountjoy in Logan County, Illinois and a second time with another aunt, Amanda Arnspiger-Mountjoy in nearby McLean County. His parents and the rest of his family had moved to Champaign County, Illinois approximately 100 miles away about 1872 and remained there until about 1885 when they moved to Nebraska. Frank and his other brother, George, who was also staying with aunts, would not rejoin their family until around 1890 in Nebraska. ![]()
