⁸ Retired Ririe Rancher Dies

Jake R. Arnsberger, 87, retired rancher of the Ririe area, died at an Idaho Falls rest home early Saturday morning. He was born March 30, 1879, at Guide Rock, Nebraska., and later the family moved to Crawford, Nebraska., then Cody and Big Piney, WY. In 1899 he came to Idaho where he homesteaded on Butler Island in the Ririe area. He retired in 1960 and lived at Lorenzo. He never married. He moved to an Idaho Falls rest home, Feb. 1 of this year. He is survived by one brother, James Arnsberger, Ririe. Funeral services will be announced later by the Buck Funeral Home.
