NOTE - The exact spelling of the surname for the two children is difficult to decipher. I am unable to explain the listing of the two children, Harry, and Eva, with a different surname than Frazier. The only circumstance would be if the children were born to a previous marriage of his wife, Malinda and in that case their relationship would technically be step-son and step-daughter but sometimes the enumerators were not that detailed. But even that circumstance seems remote when Malida and George were living together and husband and wife for the 1880 census. Could it be possible that Malida left George, had two children from somebody named Correl (Cassel?), and then returned back to George? Even then, she notes on the 1900 census that she had two children and both of them are still alive. Presumably this would be the Harry and Eva listed but what happened to the Esther May Frazier born in 1876?

Later, on the 1910 census Harry and Eva Castle are listed as "servants". Perhaps they were orphaned and George and Malinda took them in.
