William Josephus was born 21 Sep 1852 near Middletown, Frederick County, Maryland(Christ Reformed Church record) and died before 1900 probably in Springfield, Clark County, Ohio. He married Amanda E. KELLER, b. Oct 1848 (1900 census) near Middletown, Maryland, d. 16 Feb 16 1929 in Springfield, Ohio (Ohio death index, and Valley Register newspaper of Middletown. They had 2 known children: Bessie R. WILLARD, b. May 1885 in Ohio (1900 census), and Keller Norman (or Norman Keller) WILLARD, b. Dec 1882 in Maryland (1900 census). Bessie married John H.
