There were two consecutive Death Certificates issued for Rosa. The first one gave her name as Mrs. Sarah Darner, widowed. The second one gave her name as Mrs. Rosa Bragg, married. All other information on the death certificates was identical with the exception of the first one under the name of Sarah Darner gave her birth location erroneously as Virginia instead of Ohio. That error was corrected on the second one.
