NOTE - Although this record and the actual image from Wayne County, Ohio show the birth registration, it is recorded with the birth taking place in Akron which is in adjacent Summit County, Ohio. The reason for this was apparently because the parents were shown as residing in Orrville which is in Wayne county, thus the birth was recorded in their county of residence rather than where the birth took place.
