Benjamin Curry is buried at Highlandtown Cemetery, Highlandtown, Ohio. Grandpa and Grandma Curry owned a gas station that as of 1995 was still being operated by Harry, Jr's wife, Francis. It was opened in 1926 in Highlandtown and is known as "Curry Gas Station". Benjamin Curry died of acute congestive heart failure, hypertension cardiovascular disease and arteriosclerosis.
