2 Mrs. Lena Drugan, 74, died Friday in a La Crosse hospital after a long illness. She was born Dec 16, 1881, in Germany, and she married Will Drugan in 1906. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Gile (Edith) Harris, La Crosse, and Mrs. Forrest (Audrey) Thompson, Onalaska; one son, Kenneth Drugan, Trempealeau; nine sisters, Mrs. Edith Ewald and Mrs. Elvina Fulling, both of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Louise Reese, Clinton, Wisconsin, Mrs. Amanda Bagenevski and Mrs. Lilah Heaser, both of Fountain City, Wisconsin, Mrs. Mae Parkin, La Crosse, Mrs. Hannah Schmidt, Saint Charles, and Mrs. Esther Brink, Van Nuys, California; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 9 AM Monday at Saint Batholomew's Catholic Church, the Rev. Leo Pollack officiating, and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at the Smith Mortuary in Galesville Sunday afternoon and evening, and the Rosary will be said at the mortuary at 8 PM Sunday.

In honor of Carl Zimmerman's 80th birthday, his children gathered at his home for dinner and supper Saturday and he was presented with a purse of money. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. William Drugan, Mr. and Mrs. O. K. Perkins, Mrs. Esther Brink and sons Thomas and Robert, Mr. and Mrs. William Schmidtknecht and son Russell. Mr. and Mrs. Haeuser, Mr. and Mrs. Gile Harris, daughter, Gilah Mae and Dr. D. Cusdrey. Mr. Zimmerman will make his home this winter with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. William Drugan.
