The mother of John Lightfoot was listed as "Mary Griffy, born in Ohio" instead of the expected "Mary Shreve, born in Pennsylvania". I don't know if this is just a transcription error in the records of if the family informant for John's Death Certificate didn't really know the maiden name of his mother who died when he was about 10 years old. His father remarried to Atha Ann Walters also from Pennsylvania.
